With Hard Work & Determination, Any Property Industry Sales Agent can Earn More than Any Corporate Personnel holding a High Position in a Corporate Company. Yes, Well, that’s the Truth. Yes, the Property Industry is Rated as One of Top Few Ranking Industry in the World that makes Good Money. But at that Age, I have Always Wanted to Learn More and Gain more Usable Experiences in my Life. Money isn’t Everything at a Young Age, but it is still Something. However, Experience is One Thing that Makes you Stand Out from the Rest when You Reach a Certain Age.

In the Year of 2011, I Was Fortunate Enough to Be Head Hunted by One of The Directors in UOB (United Overseas Bank) during a Networking Event I Attended during My Property Days. I Immediately Took the Jump and Accepted the HUGE Pay Cut to Join the Bank. I was Offered a Managerial Post (Business Financial Manager) in One of the Reputable Banks in SINGAPORE. (UOB)

It Opened up my Insights to the Corporate Financial World, I was Exposed to Corporate Trade Facilities, Standby Letter of Credit, Corporate Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Guarantor, Corporate Invoice Financing, Corporate Hire & Purchase, Bridging Business Loans, Business Collateral Pledging and many more. It Refreshed what I Studied during my Diploma & my Bachelors. (Both BM, Well I Never had a Liking for Studies Anyway, It Just Came Handy)

Well, it was An Eye Opener, I did Enjoy the Job. As You Can See, I Fooled Around Quite a Bit During Those Days Working in the Bank.
